Place the paddle homogenizer on a stable, flat surface.
Insert the disposable sterile homogenization bag into the chamber.
Adjust the paddle gap so that the paddle plate just contacts and compresses the bag.

Do not open the door during operation. If you need to pause, press “Start/Stop” and wait for the unit to stop automatically.
When the preset time is reached, the buzzer will alert you.
Open the door and remove the sample bag.
Clean the stainless steel chamber with a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Precautions:
The distance of the paddle plate should not be adjusted too far forward; it is sufficient that the paddle plate just contacts and compresses the homogenization bag.
The power plug must be fully and securely inserted. Loose connection may cause system lock-up. If this occurs, turn off the main power switch on the rear panel, wait 3 minutes, and restart.
Do not open the homogenizer door during paddle operation to prevent sample splash or spillage. Press the “Start/Stop” button to allow the unit to stop automatically. After closing the door, press “Start/Stop” again to resume operation.
