The glass airflow dryer features an independent suspended controller or body-mounted knob design, allowing for safe, flexible, and intuitive operation. This laboratory dryer design keeps control elements away from the heated drying zone, ensuring user safety and longevity of the electronic components.
With a precise temperature adjustment range from room temperature to 120°C, this airflow glass dryer caters to a wide variety of glassware drying and heating requirements. The modular heating element delivers consistent, stable heat for uniform drying results across all air outlets.
Equipped with newly upgraded rubber nozzles, the glassware dryer delivers concentrated, high-speed airflow directly into the glassware. This innovative design improves drying efficiency by 30%, significantly reducing waiting times between experiments and boosting lab productivity.
The glassware drying rack comes with multiple air tube specifications (Φ16mm, Φ12mm, and Φ8mm), making it compatible with a wide range of laboratory glassware, including beakers, flasks, cylinders, and test tubes. The modular design allows for easy disassembly and cleaning, extending the lifespan of the laboratory glassware drying system.
Safety is a top priority. This lab glass dryer is equipped with a dual protection system: automatic power-off upon overheating and a buzzer alarm to alert users in case of temperature irregularities. This ensures safe operation and prevents damage to sensitive glassware.
The main body is constructed from 201 stainless steel, offering excellent rust resistance and long-term durability. The air nozzles are made of high-quality PP (polypropylene), which prevents adhesion to glassware and allows for smooth insertion and removal of the dried items.
Your Need | Recommended Model |
|---|---|
Standard drying of up to 12 pieces of glassware | 12-Hole Model – 900W, 4/4/4 hole layout, 60mm spacing, 5.1kg. |
Medium-capacity drying (20 pieces) | 20-Hole Model – 900W, 6/7/7 hole layout, 30mm spacing, 5.2kg. |
High-throughput drying (30 pieces) | 30-Hole Model – 900W, 8/11/11 hole layout, 30mm spacing, 5.6kg. |
All models feature the same 40-120°C temperature range, 7-8 min drying time, and dual safety protection.
Place the glassware dryer on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for heat dissipation. Connect the power cord to a 220V, 50Hz grounded outlet.
Choose the appropriate air tube diameter (Φ16mm, Φ12mm, or Φ8mm) that best fits the mouth of your glassware (beakers, flasks, or test tubes). Insert the tube firmly into the corresponding nozzle port.
Turn on the power switch. Use the suspended controller or body-mounted knob to set the desired temperature (40-120°C). Place your washed glassware onto the air tubes. The device will automatically heat and dry the items efficiently.
If overheating occurs, the system will automatically cut off power and trigger the buzzer alarm. Turn off the main power and allow the unit to cool before restarting.
After use, wipe the stainless steel body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water.
Precautions:
Do not plug or unplug the power connector with wet hands.
Avoid obstructing the air vents during operation.
Do not touch the air tubes or nozzles during heating to prevent burns.
If the buzzer alarm sounds, check for overheating and allow the unit to cool before resetting.
