Place the microplate centrifuge on a stable, flat surface.
Open the 95° flip-top lid and place your 96-well or 384-well PCR plate (or microplate) onto the rotor.
Ensure the plate is properly seated and balanced.
For MPC-25L (Touch Screen): Use the holographic touch interface to set the desired speed (300-3000 rpm) and time (1 s - 99 min 59 s). Select Instant or Timed mode.
For LMP-25 (Push Button): Use the physical buttons to adjust speed and time settings.
Close the lid securely.
Press Start. The rotor will accelerate to the set speed within ≤10 seconds.
During operation, the lid is locked. Do not attempt to open the lid until the rotor stops completely.
When the run is complete, the rotor will brake to a stop within ≤4 seconds.
Open the lid and remove your plate.
Clean the rotor and lid with a mild detergent after each use. Do not immerse the main unit in liquid.
