Place the dry bath on a stable, flat, and level work surface.
Select the appropriate 304 stainless steel block based on your sample containers (1.5mL–50mL).
Insert the block into the dry bath chamber and ensure it is firmly seated.
Use the backlit LCD screen to set the desired temperature.
Set the timer (1 min – 99 h 59 min) if required.
For programmable dry bath models (SMB-PC), use the 10×10 program system to create custom temperature-time profiles.
Press Start. The PID controller will heat or cool the block to the set temperature.
Monitor the display to ensure the temperature matches the set value (accuracy ≤±0.3°C).
For SMB-MH model, adjust the shaking speed (100–2000 rpm) as needed.
When the program is complete, remove your samples from the block.
Allow the block to cool before removing it from the chamber.
Clean the block with a mild detergent and dry it thoroughly.
