The bottle top dispenser offers a wide volume range of 0.5–100 mL with a minimum graduation of 0.1 mL. The smooth piston movement and locking mechanism ensure stable, reproducible dispensing with an error margin of ≤ ±0.5%. This makes it the ideal lab liquid dispenser for applications requiring high accuracy, such as pharmaceutical formulation, analytical chemistry, and quality control.
All liquid-contacting parts are made of high-quality PTFE, FEP, and borosilicate glass—materials known for their excellent chemical resistance and inertness. This bottle-top dispenser is compatible with a wide range of reagents, including acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, with a maximum reagent density of 2.2 g/cm³. The glass piston ensures smooth operation and long service life.
Generation I: The liquid-contacting parts can be easily disassembled and autoclaved at 121°C, offering convenient cleaning and maintenance.
Generation II: The entire unit, including the outer casing, is fully autoclavable at 121°C (2 bar, 30 minutes). This laboratory dispenser also features a recirculation valve that reduces reagent dripping, minimizing waste and contamination.
All components of this lab bottle dispenser are designed for quick disassembly, making cleaning and sterilization simple and efficient. The package includes both short and long dip tubes, which can be easily swapped to fit different reagent bottle heights—from standard laboratory bottles to taller containers.
The dispenser top bottle features an ergonomic grip and smooth plunger movement, reducing hand fatigue during repeated dispensing. The discharge tube is directed away from the user, ensuring safe operation. The locking mechanism secures the volume setting, preventing accidental changes during use.
Your Need | Recommended Model |
|---|---|
Basic reagent dispensing, occasional sterilization | Generation I – Liquid-contacting parts autoclavable; easy disassembly for cleaning. |
Frequent sterilization, maximum hygiene | Generation II – Entire unit fully autoclavable; recirculation valve for anti-drip dispensing. |
Both generations offer the same precision (0.5–100 mL, ±0.5% error), chemical compatibility (density ≤ 2.2 g/cm³), and include both short and long dip tubes.
Select the appropriate dip tube length (short or long) based on your reagent bottle height. Attach the dispenser to the bottle neck and tighten securely.
Rotate the volume adjustment knob to select the desired dispensing volume. Lock the setting using the locking mechanism to ensure stability during use.
For initial use, pump the piston slowly to prime the dispenser and remove air from the system. Ensure the discharge tube is directed into a waste container to avoid spillage.
Press the plunger smoothly and steadily to dispense the liquid into your target container. For Generation II, the recirculation valve helps reduce reagent dripping after dispensing.
Precautions:
Do not use the dispenser with reagents that are incompatible with PTFE, FEP, or borosilicate glass.
Do not operate the dispenser with the discharge tube pointing toward the user or others.
For Generation I, only the liquid-contacting parts should be autoclaved; for Generation II, the entire unit can be autoclaved.
Our laboratory bottle top dispenser is widely used in:
Pharmaceuticals: Precise dispensing of reagents, solvents, and active ingredients.
Biotechnology: Buffer preparation, media dispensing, and sample handling.
Chemical Analysis: Volumetric titration, solution preparation, and quality control.
Food & Beverage: Flavor mixing, additive dispensing, and sample preparation.
Cosmetics & Personal Care: Formulation of creams, serums, and emulsions.
From lab liquid dispensers to bottletop dispensers, BKMAMLAB provides reliable, accurate, and safe dispensing solutions for every laboratory.
A: Generation I allows autoclaving of only the liquid-contacting parts, while Generation II allows full autoclaving of the entire unit. Additionally, Generation II comes with a recirculation valve that significantly reduces reagent dripping.
A: Both generations offer a volume range of 0.5–100 mL, with a minimum graduation of 0.1 mL.
A: Yes. The materials used (PTFE, FEP, and borosilicate glass) provide excellent chemical resistance. However, please check the chemical compatibility guide to ensure your specific reagent is safe to use.
A: For Generation I, disassemble the liquid-contacting parts and autoclave at 121°C. For Generation II, the entire unit can be autoclaved at 121°C (2 bar, 30 minutes).
A: Yes, both short and long dip tubes are included in the package, and replacement parts are available upon request.
"+" indicates compatibility;
"-" indicates incompatibility;
"Blank (empty cell)" indicates that the liquid to be dispensed cannot remain in the dispenser for an extended period. Please rinse the dispenser immediately after dispensing.
